Centillion Solutions Inc., which operates in the telecoms sector, has been acquired by US-based Osmose Utilities Services Inc. in a transaction spanning multiple continents—a deal supported by Chester law firm Aaron & Partners.
The law firm handled the UK legal work for the seller in the cross-border deal, which broadens Osmose’s reach in telecoms and supports its international expansion into full-scale technical services for infrastructure providers.
The transaction covers Centillion’s operations in the United States, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Australia, and India.
Stuart Haynes, partner at Aaron & Partners, said: “We advised on the UK elements of this strategically important multinational transaction.
“Deals of this scale demand close cross-border cooperation, and it was a pleasure to work with the international adviser team to secure a successful outcome for the seller.”
All elements of the sale have now completed except for Australia, where closing is expected in the coming months.
Centillion Solutions Inc. was founded by Venkat Chundi, who was the seller and former CEO.
The deal required legal coordination across multiple jurisdictions, with Aaron & Partners working alongside legal advisers from the US, Netherlands, and India.
The US sell-side process was led by Miller Shah LLP, with senior counsel Alfonso Vilaboa supported by Mark Xiao and Anika Keuning.
Dutch counsel was provided by Ten Holter, led by Aram van Bunge with Kelly Both and Iris Brand.
Indian legal advice came from Tempus Law, with Sundari Pisupati, Raghav Agarwal, and Utkarsh Sharma.
Mr Vilaboa said: “This acquisition was the quintessential mid-market cross-border deal, involving teams across the US, UK, Netherlands, India, and Australia.
“At Miller Shah, we were honored to lead and coordinate the sell-side effort alongside our partner firms in those jurisdictions.
“The level of professionalism, trust, and cooperation across time zones and legal regimes was remarkable and central to achieving such a successful outcome.”
