Hosted by Downtown in Business, the event took place at Chester Racecourse which welcomed 240 local business leaders and professionals for a night of celebrating excellence and growth across all sectors of the industry.  

Founded in 2014, Blueoak has built a strong reputation for developing sustainable and design led homes across the North West.  

Iain MacLean, managing director of Blueoak Estates, said: ““It’s wonderful to be presented with this award and particularly as the first ever ceremony, to be hosted locally by Downtown.

Mr Maclean also extended his congratulations to the evenings other winners and praised Downtown in Business for what he called “A fantastic event”.
