Ableworld Chester, located at 3 St David’s Retail Park in Saltney, has unveiled its updated store alongside a full team of new staff members.
The branch is now led by manager Charlotte, supported by assistant manager Nicholas and sales assistant Nattalie.
Charlotte said: “My favourite part of the job is helping customers choose the right product for them and seeing the difference it makes to their everyday lives.”
She previously worked in a care home, which she says has helped her transition smoothly into her new role.
Nicholas brings experience from various retail positions and said: “I really appreciate that Ableworld never pressure sells.
“It’s all about ensuring each customer gets the product that truly suits their needs.”
Nattalie, who previously worked in local supermarkets, enjoys the variety of her role.
She said: “No two days are ever the same.
“You never know who you’re going to meet or how you might be able to help.”
