
The Shelbourne, a 15-bedroom hotel on the promenade, has been placed for sale with estate agent Sidney Phillips.
On the market for £749,950, the hotel has been under the same ownership for six years, with the custodians previously running another hotel in the town.
Made up of 15 ensuite guest bedrooms, the hotel offers some of the best views of the North Shore, Great Orme and Irish Sea.

The hotel is held on a 999-year lease from December 25, 1945.
Its listing stated: “The Shelbourne is located in a prime seaside location on Mostyn Crescent, Llandudno and is within easy reach of its famous sandy beaches, pier, Great Orme and Little Orme, Venue Cymru and a host of retail and hospitality outlets.
“The town has remained largely unchanged for over a century and boasts an elegant promenade, pastel-coloured hotels and impeccably authentic seafront architecture from the Victorian era.”
